Includes
Aircraft, Crews, Maintenance, and Insurance. Your bank
Letter of Credit or Security deposit guarantees your
commitment to purchase and pay for all fuel, ground
handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, freight,
counter services, aircraft parking, Federal Excise Tax,
Passenger Facility Charges, Segment, and International
fees where applicable. In the event your lease is less
than a six month term, additional charges may be required,
including crew positioning, repositioning, rooms, food,
and per diem.
Contract

aircraft only and generally requires terms of one to five
years. Dry leases are arranged under the terms of irrevocable
Letters of Mandate and require certain guarantees.
Most
leases are periodically reconciled and must be paid
pursuant to actual hours flown.
